Important: Crypto Sumo Arena involves real-money wagering on skill-based competition. By using this platform you confirm you are 18 years of age or older and that skill-based wagering is legal in your jurisdiction. Do not play with funds you cannot afford to lose.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crypto Sumo Arena ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
Skill-based wagering must be legal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether participation is lawful where you are located.
Residents of jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited are not permitted to participate in real-money matches.
You may not use the Platform if you have been previously banned or suspended.

3. Skill-Based Competition

Crypto Sumo Arena is a game of skill. Match outcomes are determined entirely by player ability — the game physics are deterministic and server-authoritative. There is no element of chance in match outcomes. The Platform does not operate as a gambling service; wagers are entry fees for skill competitions where the prize pool is distributed to the winner.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account or allow others to play on your behalf.
Suspected account sharing or bot play may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Report any unauthorized account access to us immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are accepted in USDC on the Solana network only. Send only USDC to your deposit address.
Sending other tokens to your deposit address may result in permanent loss of funds we cannot recover.
Withdrawals are processed on-chain and are irreversible once confirmed.
Minimum deposit: $1 USDC. Minimum withdrawal: $1 USDC.
We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds to comply with applicable regulations.

6. Match Wagers & Payouts

When you enter a wagered match, the wager amount is deducted from your balance immediately.
The winner of each match receives 100% of the pot (sum of all player wagers). There is no house rake at this time.
If a match cannot complete due to a server error, all wagers will be refunded to participants.
Intentional disconnection to avoid a loss does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tools during matches.
Exploiting bugs or glitches in the game (report them instead).
Collusion with other players to manipulate match outcomes.
Money laundering or any use of the Platform for illegal financial activity.
Harassment, hate speech, or abusive conduct toward other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

We encourage responsible gaming. If you feel your wagering is becoming problematic:

Set personal limits before playing.
Never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose.
Contact support to request account suspension if needed.

9. Intellectual Property

All game code, artwork, and branding are the property of Crypto Sumo Arena. The Solana name and logo are trademarks of Solana Labs / Solana Foundation. USDC is a product of Circle.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses due to connectivity issues, blockchain network congestion, or factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount held in your Platform balance at the time of a claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any balance will be returned to you minus applicable fees, unless the termination is due to fraud or violation of law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
